first i thought west coast highway to BBR is cancel, only up to banting. but suddenly i saw the papan tanda near to the entry/junction to the NKVE. the papan tanda project call east cost expressway. So suprice!!

they already making road extension in shapadu higway and nkve junction. got papan tanda projek there mention west coast expressway. later, when i go there again, i will take picture and upload here

yes. but i dont think so the 'fresh air' coming to nobat. i have visited several time and never smell the 'fresh air'. the same with the setia alam 2 area, i saw that there is nearby factory releasing the polluted air, but the polluted air not coming to setia alam area since I couldn't smell any bad smell.

people continue buying for own stay and some for investing. next landed, 24x70 indication price rm900k++ next year. area at the back of existing BBR

fencing definitely will go ahead. whether, fencing boundaries will be infront of delmara or fencing the whole lake depending on the final says of delmara people. cost fencing for the lake will be by SD. concept will be like fuego and delora. currently delmara jalan 1H are voting where they want the fence boundaries.

they also will install auto gate, cctv and build permenant guard house. only people who pay the fence will get the card access and who not pay, will need to register with the guard.

i'm not sure how SD want to handover the house since the entry/exit road very bad.. unless they open setia alam access road.
