Went to friend of mine house at Paloma BBR this evening. When passing by the security check point at the main entrance, the boom barrier will automatically be lifting up with just an iconic handwave without identifying the visitor particulars. We can understand if is a freebie from developer BUT u know what , the residents there are paying 75 per mth for this services!

Ground Floor or Upper Floor?
Mine got low water pressure on Upper floor to a point where I need to buy a heater with pump to actually take bath from the shower. I then asked a contractor to change the piping so that water from outside goes directly to the upper floor and for the ground floor still uses tank. No more water pressure problem for me since. Lots of my neighbors made this upgrade. I live in Taman Gamelan (Near SD sales gallery)

The kitchen water should be directly from outside, you should check with developer while under warranty, might be the pipe got clogged?

If upper floor uses water from outside, whenever there is water disruption, it will revert back to using tank automatically without the need to adjust anything, I can confirm this, because I have done the piping and been through the previous water rationing. Hope this helps...

Feugo community has started to talked to sd and I think they had started gng. Water pressure low? I had the same issue but ask the sd contractor to fix.

do u mean you did not install a water pump at the tank's output?

so far all my frens installed water pump in their new houses. you'll get the satisfaction of water gushing out while showering and washing.. just install one lor... quite cheap cheap... 1200 for a grundfos pump (most quiet in the market) another 150 for installation
