It is sold out from developer if not mistaken. Anyway just give a call to the developer and ask. If sold out you can consider subsales units.

villa park asking for 320psf currently, i guess after completion sanderson might sell at 400-450psf

I predict RM500psf and above. Sanderson is very unique and has complete living concept to boast, greenery and so on. Some property may not be in best of location but it has other special factors that make it desirable. To me Sanderson can be like that. All the better if it has a good residents with strong community spirit. Anyway hoping for the best icon_rolleyes.gif

Did you guys (purchasers) get the letter from the developer to come in for TNB and Water supply application these 2 weeks, Tue to Fri?

Hopefully get to see some new progress, am concerned abit about the City of Green development just next to Sanderson.

There are roads promised by MPSJ. I guess developer should follow the plans, especially the link to Villa Pavillion!! Will be able to skip all the light industrial area! Travel time from Sanderson to the Bukit Jalil Highway will cut into half. 3 minutes shall get you to the exit there... Really looking for it. MPSJ also planning to extend the main road in and out from Bukit Jalil highway to 2 lane in and out.. Looking to it 2... Hope MPSJ not only plan but take actions...

1) The Sanderson - Low density High end condo
2) The Park - Town Villa & Semi-d, (Bungalow?)

Im not agent, wana buy for own stay, love the sanderson concept very much, the road open cross to bukit jalil so convenie.
