I predict RM500psf and above. Sanderson is very unique and has complete living concept to boast, greenery and so on. Some property may not be in best of location but it has other special factors that make it desirable. To me Sanderson can be like that. All the better if it has a good residents with strong community spirit. Anyway hoping for the best

Did you guys (purchasers) get the letter from the developer to come in for TNB and Water supply application these 2 weeks, Tue to Fri? Hopefully get to see some new progress, am concerned abit about the City of Green development just next to Sanderson. |
