Hi guys...

I bought a unit in Tower B Sandersons. Developer offered DIBS. I can see the construction is almost nearing 40% but the developer has not put in their financial request with my bank yet. I was told that once the developer puts in their claim, i can see my loan account number and the amount due already from my online banking. A banker in his unofficial capacity told me that if the developer is cash rich, they may not put in their claims yet as that means the bank will start charging them interest. Are any of you buyers in the same boat like me?

Thought of asking in this forum before calling the developer up.

Possible. If the developer do not want to get the $$ 1st, they can choose not to ask bank for release $$. There is also possible that they haven't build to your level yet and they are not allow to ask for bank to release the $$.

If you want to buy, you are signing the special offer letter only, I don't think your bank will release any $$ until the VP.
How much do you guys estimate the selling price? Looking at the market now, i would say 380 psf to 400 psf? It should be an attractive price due to this property is low density condo.. Looking forward for all the new development there to make the place more nicer and link to Villa Pavillion become reality in coming few more years...
