I predict RM500psf and above. Sanderson is very unique and has complete living concept to boast, greenery and so on. Some property may not be in best of location but it has other special factors that make it desirable. To me Sanderson can be like that. All the better if it has a good residents with strong community spirit. Anyway hoping for the best

Hahaha well said! I think City of Green kinda complements Sanderson perfectly - hopefully a vibrant commercial hub at their podium. Once done with the shopping and eating we can escape back into our compound. Personally I am not aware of any project where developer devote so much land into recreation instead of squeezing every spare inch out of their land.

yes. With garden. rooms quite spacious.

yes agree the water issue is a snag. unit defects always be there. Our unit happened to be quite good not many defects. However I think we should reserve judgment until developer has chance to deal with the list. I heard even ytl projects had lots of defects so no difference.

What I do appreciate is the architecture n the landscaping n the garden. Lots of effort there n two thumbs up. Lots of frens who drop by were equally impressed when compare sanderson to other projects. The fencing is actually a latest design. allows u to view the plants n outside. I don't think its any safer if u hv a brick wall n is less aesthetic.
