Was eyeing a unit there during launching those days. My brother bought one unit there and I also wanted to go in as well. Not much money down deal, pay only the loan fees, dibs... So good deal that time. But finally i did not go in. Might not have got my loan approved at that time as well as I was maxed out. But still regret a bit as now that area pricing catching up... But thats investment, u never know and just have to always look out for future opportunities.

How much the Sanderson will appreciate is also depending on surrounding area especially development of City of Green. A road connected to VP or straight through Bukit Jalil Highway will definitely increase the values.

i have got the detail of city of green... villa in front of block A will facing direction to City of Green... if u check google map it actually between sanderson and TPM...

How on earth they could build a road to cut through TPM where the land belong to But I am very doubt the access into TPM from COG tho... I still not convinced that they can take this into reality... All the Klang Valley properties development are moving South now...
Considering the facts that The Sandersons concept, features and surrounded by greeneries... I think this is going to be good flipper. With COG (sorry to mention COG here again) going at >500psf, The Sandersons should go 450psf by the time completion in Sep 2013. What do you all think? The surrounding are lack of high rise with features like the Sanderson.... Villapark is quite well maintained and JMB are quite fussy..... keeping the running cost low with pretty ok to good management result (ie: maintenance of facilities, security). Rental yield has been 2 digits for first hand buyer... even subsale buyer enjoy >7% rental..... looks like South is the place to invest now.... cant wait for The Sanderson to VP.
