i just direct copy out the image once connected usb to pc...

Next to Sanderson will be a new development coming soon... It's a mix development, Mall + Studio + Service Apart...

I am not sure I can post details here and I am not agent selling this project. But I just can tell you the land is next to Sanderson and should be in front of villa park. 400++ units for residential and 200++ unit for shops.. What they claimed in their project is proposed access in and out into TPM and proposed link to cut to the light industrial as well (villa pavillion).. Their price is sky high at 500 psf and above.. smallest unit from 650 sf++ to 1000 sq.

I think the land in front of Villa Park is belong to TPM? There are not big enough to build 400 unit houses and 200 shops.
Who is the agent and any link?

No link. The land size is 5.9 arces, definitely can hold 400 units above 200+ units of shop..

It's definately worth considering should there be a direct link to TPM .... 500 psf seems like nominal price in coming year especially for mix dev project at good location

400 unit houses and 200 shops in 6 acres of land? I doubt it can be built in this small plot of land unless your
are talking about highrise condominium and multiple storey shop houses.

Anybody been to the site lately? The construction is going on at a feverish pace, I can see the villa almost completed to 2nd floor.

Also, anybody heard of the news that there is going to be a road from Sandersons straight to the current Villa Pavillion, straight to the Puchong bypass? No need to go thru the current road. Or is this already old news? =P

The villa already built to 5th floor for structure and at this pace, it would be ready in a year.

Wah, mean the new deveLopment is RM500 and above in serdang? Really expensive ma? Can ge mOre details from this new development?

If got direct link to TPM, LRT Bukit Jalil are not too far from here. May appreciate in future.

i heard that there will b a new access in front of sanderson then passt thru ThePark end up connect to somewhere around casa-serdang semi-d there, is it possible?
i tot ThePark should be gated, can sanderson's residence "pass thru" the road?

you can see this new road frm ThePark's broucher.
