All my friends received letter of VP already, after paid all misc charges, can we go collect key directly from sanderson site? Or we must wait for bank to release final disbursement?? Cant wait to go in to check it out!

Bank need to release the final payment, check with your bank before go down.

Call developer to verify if they have received payment from bank, then straight make appointment with them for key collection.

Owners should already get a letter from developer by now, awaiting final payments before we can collect keys. Why this thread suddenly so quiet now? No owners in here? The only people I see here are agents and other interested buyers.

Got a call from Affin Bank that due to surge of payment requests, they will only be able to process the payment next week.

So looks like Affin loanees will not be gettng keys this week.

Guys I will be receiving my unit key this Sat 16/11 as my payment from the bank (OCBC) has been cleared.

My unit is B-16- By the way I have also received the clearance letter from the developer earlier today..

I'm also with OCBC and my final payment also has been disbursed. I haven't receive the clearance letter but the
developer promised that I could collect the key on Saturday too. Just wanna know where is the key Collection? Developer office at The Weld?

You may want to call the developer to email to you the clearance letter tomorrow.

The key will be collected at the site office and after that can inspect the unit..
