Anyone interested to buy Block B - 900 sqft? 8th floor corner. Current price is Rm430/sqft?


Added on July 17, 2012, 5:47 pmThis sanderson is a fantastic concept. Surrounding is building with semi D now. FYI, 1 road is building to go onto MEX highway which connected Putrajaya-Kuala Lumpur. The land purchase is 80% completed. We can now go from bukit serdang to MEX highway towards KL or kuchai lama.

Agree.. Really so much lands just for recreation! I damn love this property.. You will feel very windy when u stand around that area! High End Condo + Greenery + Low Density + MORE PARKING!. Any future neighbour here?

All, That's not only a proposal to connect Bukit Serdang to MEX. The project is undergoing! 80% lands transaction completed last month (published in newspaper).

Of course, we can go from Equine park or using bukit jalil access, but thats better so that we could avoid all the jam in bukit jail!

The link to MEX actually located at seri kembangan. I think thats will help coming back from KL to Serikembangan/Serdang.

Agree! It's really not like old days thinking, it is not the problem of landed or non-landed. It is safety, leisure, resort concept that the new city's people look for. An old double storey that located near the commercial area have made no sense to stay. Noisy, unsafe, dirty. I just can't understand why the people now still stuck at landed property thinking, they willing to spend alot more money just to buy a landed house but the owner will NEVER have chance use the LAND.. ( U dare to open the door widely nowaday and sit at your frontyard chilling there?? come on! No way! For waht we need a landed house like that?

The sanderson only issue is access road. It is just as good as Bukit Jalil, as near as Bukit jalil. Just not connected with road..

Anyway, for me. I will definitely ok because i like quiet.. If the area build with a lot of access road, it will bring all the traffic infront my house. Which is not good!

Last, If we could avoid the Turf club roundabout, it will be best of the best!

I currently staying in Bandar Puchong Jaya.. Which connected with alot alot of access road, I can't see any benefits.. setiawalk, LRTs, IOI, IOI boulevard, IOI Skypark, IOI business park, Bandar Puchong Jaya shops, Bandar puteri shops.. All wthin 1-5KM.

Anyway, i still don't think it is good to stay there which jam everyday in/out from house.

I think we still beside TPM which the green is not fully chop off by COG project. COG project is slightly behind Sanderson.

I think this condo will not have any car parking outside the guardhouse to block the road. because we have 3 parking! Really good.

City oF Green Block A and Block D already sold out!!

Currently launching Block B/C which is 1000 and 1200 sqft price at 630k to 750k.. almost 640/sqft!

This project is just slightly behind Sanderson!

- Price for the smallest unit (900sqft) will be ~400k. 450k is a good deal.
- City of Green will do great impact for the 1st year construction, 2nd-3rd year will be ok.. I wish the 1st year will be ended when sanderson hand over. As of the Semi D at the other side of Sanderson, it should have complete on year 2014 (early), after half year of sanderson hand over date.

Yupe, Looks really good, as good as the artist impression. Can't wait to see finished product. With nearby Casona (3 million ++ bungalow/semi D) , the Park (~2million semi D) and around Rm600psf for City Of Green Bukit Jalil. I think this property will be very good in appreciation!

Low density, parking free.. at least 2 to 3 car parks per lot, 2 acres of green, 3 tier security.. Rm360psf , please pm me.. i want to buy.. Thanks!

I would say 500psf is just need a little bit more time. Casona (2.3 mmillion on wards), The park (~2 million). City Of Green (600+psf). All are just beside sanderson and furthermore high density!

All are just waiting for access road to become realistic 1 day and price 500psf is not high at all.

I really think 450k upon VP for 900sqft units are fair price. We have to compare to low density condo + 2/3 car parks available.

I wondering when is the road to The Park and Sanderson ready?

Really amazing finishing of this Sanderson. Block C definitely best place to live.. For Sanderson Block B, 450k 100% no problem..

For owner, let's form a strong RA just right after VP!
