Yup, looking at min rm500psf upon VP (estimated May). Once road to villa pavillion is ready, price wil shoot up! By 3Q2013?

Love this spacious, beautifully landscaped, low density n parking-problem-free condo. But due to my new working place in ara dmsr, will be willing to let go so that i can look for one in ara dmsr. I can c some people r tryin 2 put down sanderson price, i suspect these people r actualy hopin 2 hunt somethin cheap fr inocen owners.sandersonians, watch out.

U may hav ur value system of how much u wilin 2 pay, but tat is ur wilin buyin price, it is not d valuation price. 2 mths ago i checked wif a prof valuer, can comfortably get rm410psf even is b4 vp (mine is villa). Mind u tis is a conservativ valuer price. My wilin selin price b4 vp now is rm480psf.

Benchmark wif other similar low density freehold condos pls.

most quality high density condos ard selin >rm500psf, sanderson is quality superb low density condo.

Yup, Sanderson site is marked to connect to Villa Pavillion site. This is a catalyst that can easily push the current price to 30% to 50% higher. Sanderson is already low density, when such road is built there will be even lesser owners will sell.

a chap tryin his luck. Even wif d rpgt hike, it is stil selor market, u need another financial crisis to change tis fact.

it is a question of u buy now or after 2014. if u buy 2014, b prepared 2 pay more tax 2 d governmet as d rpgt cost wil b pased 2 u.

wat u heard is so wrong. prices have increased another 5% since VP. Judging by how well received Sanderson has been, next year may increase another 10%.

overall quality achieved 80% mark, on par wif many high-end products. 4 d cheaper price u paid, consider it a steal.

8 acres of land for merely 300+ units, is a super low density development. 2 acres of landscapin

landscapin is nice, ful of trees, loks like resort.

security is tight, proper mgnt fr Newfileds eg controlin real estate agents, ensure good tenants (tis is vry important 2 ensure good comunity)

facilities provided r rather complete even got 2 indoor badminton court

wif 3 car parks for Villa, n min 2 car parks for block a n b, sanderson wil not hav parkin isues. u can c rows of cars parked outside most condos, not sanderson.

once road is built to conect to villa pavilion in nex 1 2 years, price wil shoot up like crazy. havin said tat, price is increasin every week due to strong demand!


Please provide your comment on this issue if any have same feeling or otherwise.
