May I know how? Can transfer messages as well?
My SIM still in X6, due to the fact the Phone Switch app cant transfer messages into N8 for no apparent reason
TIA
*
Everything including message sync-ed just fine for me. Perhaps you could try going through the comp if it doesn't work through phone switch?

hmm.gif Should be slight problem with OTG kernel.Since N8 don't have so called hardware limitation like N900 you should be able to mount almost any drives.
Maybe future firmware will solve this kind of issue.
I can even mount ext DVD-RW with my phone laugh.gif

Happens to me too. Practice it. Even using iPhone keyboard is difficult when I try it first time.

oh,

Compare GPS of N8 and 3GS, N8 wins by a mile. Ovi Map lock my position really quick and navigations really accurate in my place. Somemore, u can install garmin on the N8. What kind of GPS Chip N8 use?  hmm.gif

Compare HD recording of N8 and 3GS, N8 wins~ oh yea, forgot 3GS doesn't have HD recording tongue.gif
Browsing experience on Opera browser is better. But Nokia's Opera browser doesn't have pinch to zoom. There are 2 kind of Opera browser; Opera Mobile 10 and Opera Mini 5. Prefer Opera Mobile 10 than Opera Mini 5

how about iphone which using papago vs nokia using garmin?
i heard someone say papago more accurate and doesn't lag like garmin... blink.gif
although i still think garmin map is the best in asia rolleyes.gif

There is still room for improvement for the firmware. The problem with 3g connection hang is quite frequent. You have to disconnect the APN in connection manager before it can resume service.

Yup, took me quite some time to get the hang of it. About a day to really get used to typing on touchscreen. *Previous phone is N95 tongue.gif )
Remember, Practice makes perfect!

P.S. You could also look forward to swype that is comming out soon for the N8

Actually, for me Ovi map is suffice.

And...I would prefer garmin over papago.

Add more, gps lock on N8 is pretty quick.

ovi maps is quite good if your area has good reception. X6 lock on quite slow.. Dunno caused by low sattelite reception or hardware

Hey Nicholas, you gonna add a FAQ to the front page? That would be very helpful to new users. Cheers!
