Suppose is sw issue, then hard reset should fix. Not sure I should hope its sw or hw...
I'll try hard reset tonight and see how... still considering as I migjht loose OVI Store, else just send to NCC ICU...

Oh yea, Ovi map beta with pinch to zoom and latest Malaysia map finally installed. Locking position is FASTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT and pinch to zoom is very2x smoothhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I spotted I shop selling N8 here in Kuantan. Set from Zitron, RM17++.
As a 5800 user, I found it a good upgrade specially for the astounding camera quality, improved performance and faster respond .

But I think will wait till the price drop or when someone from the owner list want to sell their phone at cheaper price

Btw, want to show some tips.

If you have a problem after installing Ovi Map beta, and then accidentally delete the old map, make sure you have your latest Ovi Suite installed in your PC. Connect your phone to your PC (and make sure Ovi Map is OFF b4 connecting). Wait Ovi Suite detect your phone, when its connected, than click the map icon. Choose the country map you want to installed for example Malaysia and then download. It will automatically install the country map to your phone.

yes! same here! force to use my own headset..
the given headset cant seems to click ' backward play forward' and the song soft like hell, some part cant even hear the singer voice, like the karaoke version with echo only ,lazy go to change ...zz

Sad, looks like only its only me who has problem with my given headset, I think I need to bring back to the shop to ask them why I can't hear people sing in some parts and why I can skip to next song by pressing the skip button on the headset

Did you fully insert the headphone?

Also for the control.

Home button > Setting > Phone > Accessory > Make sure "Headset" is the default, not "Headphones", otherwise you cannot control the volume / skip

Actually i have been planning to get separate headset all along (and it seems i must). Ironically, i have been fussing over which one to buy when i so so many choices in a shop.

comparing headphone default give by Nokia to like SE... Nokia one is a joke... base on my few highend Nokia phone set experience before..

sound quality are unacceptable.....
