over Setapak Green... still thinking whether to book or not. As the price is quite comparative to Damansara area,
maybe we need more advice and suggestion..as for the expected turnover, the SA told me minimum 10%.

hopefully my loan can approve

oooh, lets. I like when the rakyat speaks up. hehehhe

Anyway, the installation cheap only ma. One dish at the roof, head end unit at the top most floor, then tarik RG6 cables to each unit. 576 nos only (288units x 2 nos ie for living and master). should be sap sap sui for KP lar - about rm100k?. imagine the profit margin they got from all the construction of st mary etc etc...

I prefer HD woh.
From the riser, backbone and to our unit with fiber optic cable for HD.
KP actually can propose to astro for 222 & 288 fiber optic upgrade, of course with T&C.
