Hi there, Im new here. Just went for their show room last week, quite impressed with the facilities and design
over Setapak Green... still thinking whether to book or not. As the price is quite comparative to Damansara area,
maybe we need more advice and suggestion..as for the expected turnover, the SA told me minimum 10%.

cybertechmkteo, although the SG is giving the higher discount up to 8% but this is not indicated in the S&P. After the project completion if you intend to sale, no one will know what the original price you have bought.

But 288 is different whereby the S&P is showing the original price before the 5% dicount. if I want to sale i can show to the buyer the S&P the original price that i bought. Which mean i already guarantee earn the 5% profit. That my view. haha laugh.gif

SG - RM500,000 (SPA)

RM50,000 different

To me, 288 is better for investment.

hmm, just called the SA, he said price increased etc etc...am so heartsick...
we were there just 2 weeks before and I pass by the site everyday..darn it!
at first was thinking going for type D coz got 2 CP mah, but if price gonna increase

cybertech, I don't like the design of SG layout..looks so small and inconvenient loh.

I called other SA, he told me price increased 2 weeks ago due to letting go of bumi lots.
type D now at 750k (genting view) & 800k++ (klcc view), where else type B @ 633k woh!
