I'm new here, and just recently put in my booking for a unit in 288.

Am looking forward to see the final product in 3 yrs. Glad to see a bunch of friendly ppl that could potentially be my neighbours.

Added on March 24, 2011, 8:36 amFound out that our TV system is the normal one and not one that can support Astro with a central main dish at the roof- this means if we want Astro, we have to install our own dish.

If all units install their own dishes, the 288's facade will look like those in a low cost apartment.

Although the sales rep mentioned that the dev will allot a specific spot for us to install the dish, I'm not buying that cuz the farther the dish is, the more you have to bear for the installation cost, no? yes?

In the sales kit, it's mentioned as MATV (for normal terestrial) and not SMATV (for services like Astro).

Anyway, the installation cheap only ma. One dish at the roof, head end unit at the top most floor, then tarik RG6 cables to each unit. 576 nos only (288units x 2 nos ie for living and master). should be sap sap sui for KP lar - about rm100k?. imagine the profit margin they got from all the construction of st mary etc etc...

Added on March 30, 2011, 2:00 pmbut this has to be done during construction stage so that the cables can be run through the common riser and concealed in the wall when it's running in the units.

Shucks man, you bought at RM488k. when i bought my unit, it was RM5xxk liao. I want additional cp to be RM10k. boleh ka?

No need to hear from developer lar - ask those buyers that recently made purchases.

If those of you bought your 1408 sf for RM480k, it is selling in the high regions of RM500k liao. so you already earn RM100k from the time you bought.

Added on April 16, 2011, 5:57 pmIt's really strange that as a high-end contractor turned developer like KP would choose to use the term MATV instead of SMATV to denote satellite tv systems. I reckon they should've known better. But when I asked the sales ppl there, i was told by this guy Al that i have to install a dish on my own at a spot dictated by KP. Imagine that.

I think I would still write to KP for further clarifications. Cybertechmkteo wrote a pretty decent template to follow (good on your friend). In fact, I think we all should. Get something back formally in B&W from the folks of KP.

Also, I was at Cinta residence the other day. Saw an unsightly dish just outside a tenant's window for AstroByond. Shucks, KP should actually allow for this. In 3 yrs time, I reckon this would be a norm. We should pre-empt this.

Hi everyone,

Need your advice. My loan in under OCBC and just the other dayI received this letter on Disbursement of Loan telling me that I'm to service the month interest until the Term Loan is fully disbursed.

I am going to call the bank to clarify but any of you having this?

I thot we dont have to pay anything until the Handover?
