Friend of mine ask me 2 questions, i dont know how to answer, hopefully anyone of you could share your opinion ok:-

1. Where is the toilet for guests, since all 3 toilets were attached inside rooms?

2. Why 2 toilets located at weird location, 1 direct opp living and kitchen, 1 direct opp corridor...you may heard toilet flush when eating etc, quite embarrassing.

the designs for type C and D got no issue. Only A and B got such problem. but once a while, ok lo.

Dont know yet, I love both projects. Anyway am staying in Singapore (SG is Singapore for me).

Without prejudice, my unit in SGR is 1588 sf, could be more ideal to fit my family members. We are Setapakian.
