how do u define expensive?
RM50K?
RM30K?

from where u know the source how come we purchaser dunno but u already knew? or just based on ur assumption ony?

Hi, fellow 288 owners,

I booked one unit at 288, 1563sf. last Sunday. Now waiting for loan to be approved. Just want to find out, is there any shopping malls around that area?

My friend who bought one unit at Lvl18 told me that 288 is very near to wangsamaju and TARC. I'm not familiar with setapak area, as all this while I'm staying in PJ area.

After loan approved, then need to save money for renovation after the unit is completed. Can't wait for it to be completed.

Hi buddy, dont always just focus on festive mall please, imho, Starpac point and Columbia and Crystalville all equally important.

Just imagine all these projects run in full capex, Setapak will be next hot spot, so festive mall is not d only focus or selling point in Setapak.

at least it is this year focus mah.... cinema is important to pull crowd....so festival city is important ler...

hehehe...and the setapak lake city important too....maybe will got extreme park there...

so again, festival mall is the most important....

3 chinese primary school + 1 chinese secondary school very nearby

all petrol brand is there oso biggrin.gif

all the above not common ler!

LOL...Brand petrol stations - shell - esso - mobil - petronas - BHP - Caltex - what else...

yeah opposite 222 and 288 already got one chinese school.

Chung hwa school also nearby, but the schools might not enough to support setapak 's student population in future ler..kekeke...

good for flipping strategy.

there is a road leading to genting court and there are a lots of food courts where a lot of students and youngsters hanging around even nite time....good place to mamak also..... another side you can get fast food.

erm....wan stay or sell it ler??? ern ermmm.........

Perhaps Tesco as well, in between PV10 and PV12.

At the end of the day, you may located Parkson, Tesco, Jusco, Giant (opp PV sales office) as well as Carrefour. Just name whatever hypermarket you want except Wal-Mart, oops this chain not in malaysia yet smile.gif

Welcome Peter & asura to 288 Family.

yes. i do agreed that with cinema really can attract crowd (confirm Festival mall got Cinema).

In additional, if you stay in Setapak you will notice that in the past few years the government had put the effort to develop setapak area by expanding the main roads such as Jalan Gombak and Genting Klang (from 2 lines to 3 lines, etc). Think this is also another point to add. Therefore, I'm quite confident that "Setapak" will be the next hot area.

for me 288 is at a perfect location ..been hunting for apartment near kl , affordable (ok lah price is more humane compare to binjai, habitat, etc) and low density...288 units should be less headache..opefully would be able to unite
