Yeah i tried to look for ur brand, but it only shown american fish oil and some of them dun even provide postage to malaysia T.T

5 days a week bro. For ill, i just try my best to stuff in protein, it is hard ><

If i m too busy, i just cut down the carbs intake and increase my protein and fat intake, but usually the most i would miss is around 2 days, and i can cover those training up during sunday XD

Sound more like an addiction lol. Holiday means holiday, i eat alot and play alot XD.

Dayum, wat courier service is tat? make sure i dun use them to send out my stuff. I just finished my jarrow, tot of getting a few that i can bring back for my parents back in my hometown, guess i better bring back melrose's hehe.

Personally i dun think nestum is not a very good choice of food, it is kind of process food, go for rolled oat bro (not the quaker).

240g has like... 60g+ of protein? tats alot for a meal bro hehe.

5pm may be u can share out 1/2 of the chicken fillet u have to this time.

730: if possible, exclude carbs (ur case here is the rice) and take lots vege and meat or fat (japanese food? sashimi babeh)

10pm, milk are good for prebed but be careful with the carbs within the milk, easy with tat and may be u can have 2 - 3 whole egg and a glass of milk.

My gf always say not too big, but when i got bigger she will still say "now is ok, just not too big" :S i think she meant not too big as in ronnie's size. |||==

Oh if you plan to bring back, perhaps you would wana buy them from presto. They are all kept on normal shelves without being chilled. After browsing around, I only realize the products like nordic naturals and carlsons are also kept on normal shelves without chilling them. So I'm pretty sure it is alright to purchase those kept in unchilled shelves. The only thing is the moment the seal is opened, it must be refrigerated.

The product also states that the fish oil is from Norway and it is made in Australia.

If you prefer their Cod Liver Oil, only bangsar village country farms have it in 500ml glass bottle pack.

lol, it would be better if i post it to my hometown if this is the case lol. If it is cheaper, might as well thou hehe. The important thing now is tat i got to get 1 or 2 first, running on empty tank isnt good for the engine.

u can add abit of honey (dun over do it).

the milk with the least carbs and high in fat and protein are good.

Fat dun trigger ur insulin and thus it cut down the possibility of fat gain (ofcoz u got to take care of the amount of calories u intake) and thats wat u want for night time (u got to check out when do we need carbs for bodybuilding on google). and fat slow down ur digestion which is a plus for ur overnight starvation which cause u muscle (catabolism).

As for the deadlift as the second last or last in the back workout, you want mass, you're a bodybuilder. You go heavy with reps of just 3-5 you don't do jackshit for your muscles at all, you're just working the joints. And you'll be too tired to perform at optimal capacity on the other back exercises cos you've taxed yourself with the deadlift. Even Dorian Yates in most of his seminars advocate deadlifting as the last part of back workouts with high reps and focusing on contraction.

so dark, from the dl set and reps tat u did, u actually starting from high reps and the last set went to the max reps, would it be better if we start from like 10 reps for the first two then progress to 15 reps and the last one we max it out?

Totally agree, theres once i have put on a heavier weight than i though without realizing it and i somehow can push higher reps than normal (in fact i never get those reps).
