Grill, boil, stew and steam are better, cant deny that hehe

attire.... so glove not included... how about belt ? biggrin.gif, but cant get much rebate, mostly like 10% out of it ? Rm150 cost of belt u get 10 - 15 back hehe.

Mass gainer has tons of carbs in their ingredient, so u shouldnt have the "heavy" feeling during ur workout, it is either ur daily diet is mess up, not enough sleep or u consume ur mass gainer 1 min before workout.

Mass gainer do not guarantee ur muscle gain, but it provide a easier way to consume ur food. The main consideration would be your daily diet, sufficient protein, carbs and fat (thats your macro nurtient) plus rest = muscle gain. if your diet just a few biscuit in the morning and rice with vege at night, mass gainer wont get u anywhere. Just make sure u have a solid foundation of your diet before u move on tuning those supplement to maximize the gain or else u r just wasting ur hard earn money and ofcoz if u know what u r doing, supplement do help.

The reason why u need to take ur mass gainer for post is that, the amount of carbs in the mass gainer will spike ur insulin and this will halt the catabolism (muscle consuming) and create a highly anabolic (muscle building) environment and with the protein as the building blocks for the muscle help you to recover and grow.

U miss out the most important workout. Ur leg, u got to squat, eventually ur bicep will catch up with ur body mass.

More to bulk alone lol, i got fatter now lol, try to keep my food clean, once i increase my carbs intake, somehow i crave for junk food which is very very bad for me lol and now is durian season and there goes my cheat meal hehe.

Hows ur progress? Still taking ur bulking shake?

Exactly lol, but i still try to avoid sugary stuff, worst still in my work place, they are tempting me with secret recipe's cake and other sweet stuff aggg.

haha, u have cut down ur carb aeh? those sluggish feeling without enough fuel of the day.Why not try to add in some NO ?

I change a little on my squat today, seems like going pretty well, but i still need some comment from u guys here smile.gif

Prioviously i was trying to hit high reps as follow

64lbs x 8
94lbs x 8
124lbs x 15
154lbs x 8
Dropset 154 x 5 -> 134lbs x 5 ->114 x 5 (There goes the stars)

Total Reps: 54

Today

64lbs x 8
94lbs x 8
124lbs x 8
154lbs x 8
184lbs x 8 (struggle)
174lbs x 4 -> 154lbs x 5 -> 134lbs x 6 (There goes the stars)

Total reps: 55

So... the total reps is basically around the same, instead the one that i did today is heavier with lesser reps on each set (does that mean less TUT? ) Both some what awesome and torturous. Which one would be great for hypertrophy ? or just swap it time to time just to trick the muscle ?

But i feel that the second routine can go heavy, but the first one is harder... Before this i can hardly go further than 6 reps for 184lbs but after few months on the first routine i somehow getting stronger :S

Indeed, either refeed or cheat meal, but cheat meal give alot more morale on lifting lol.

It happens to me 2 weeks ago, i was on a deloading week then when i come back, i m in very bad condition (i suppose i should have better energy and stuff aft recovering my CNS) some how i increase my carbs intake and take days off then somehow, everything just come back... weird, dunno wats went wrong with the deloading.

Tat happens almost everytime when i talk to ppl who ask about my workout in gym =.= Protein powder for them is like once u drink muscle mass + 50kg and gals tot it will make them fat. T.T
