They are launching 20x60 3 storey terrace called LAUREL PARK that cost about 1.9mil.The price is quite steep though.

Nett price after 10+5% rebate is RM1.6m. Nett Built Up is 2250sf. About RM700psf nett. Phase 1 buyers i think got their for RM4XX psf nett. |

Many strata title props r selling at total BU in order to charge the maintenance fee and sinking fund based on the total BU.
Nett BU is gd when u brag the psf u can afford to spend on ur purchase onli. In real u r paying ethg including car porch as well as accessory parcels which most if not all required maintenance fee in long run.
