The developer already 1.5 years late on delivery, first thing first is to rush for VP, where got time to build access road? Access road shall be the last to build logically

I don't think it serves as a driveway either. Rarely see steel beams being the framing system to support a driveway. That'd be one heck of an effort by the engineers...but also quite a scary one as well. Lol

ER is even more cham than EC .......cos basically no vested interest for developers.....owners all also sien liau with so long delays and waiver of Lad...heard workers dead at site due to accident

it is quite common that workers died in the construction site due to the accident.
But it is uncommon for the projects delay due to workers dead.
