ok. i came back from the site office, here's the findings:

1) Indeed the bridge from Bgn Furlong will get removed. There will still be 2 entrance, one from Jln Gombak, and the other 1, along the road infront of 288 entrance (along the monsoon drain)

2) Show unit confirmed, will build on the land beside the monsoon drain, near the bridge from furlong. (i hope my description ok)
3) SA mentioned longkang will get partially closed or beautify.
4) SG will complete before 288.
5) Type D will have 2 balcony, one entrance from master bedroom and one located at the living room. Overseeing the garden. Type A will not have the extra balcony but an extra window. Also Type A will be the only Bangalore unit, while the others all semi D

user posted image

SA unable to confirm where will be the severage plant. With 222, 288 and SG, where will all the dirty stuff go?

Conspiracy theory said, the land for the show unit, what is the chances they will build a plant there?

Edit: Black line is the building placement, so with theory, Unit 1 Balcony can see KLCC. imo
Black square signify closure of road

Also, Sg already have specification up, they have a file showing what types of tiles used etc. It is not 100% confirm yet, but those are the spec submitted for approval. Spec savvy people please go have a look and report their findings pls. How does the spec fare against 288?

Disclaimer: The above is what i understood from SA comments, i don't hold responsible for any wrong information.

Type A got L shape Balcony, but only one balcony, access through the living room. A is the only type that is not sharing a wall with another unit.

in return, Type A get an additional window and hence the smaller SQFT and hence cheaper compare with D

Edit: But what u said is true, Type D wont be able to see the balcony from the main entrance, which might be better for feng sui

Havent. Will they call? But from my undrstanding, the RMpsf will remain as pre book that day, just the unit SQFT different so just times the new size with the psf and i getthe new unit price.

wah guys good job. Closing the bridge from Furlong have plus and minus points but no point fussing over this.

Mr hidden, I like your google map supporting your detail description. Like you my concern is the Indah Water treatment plant from day one. Where and what type it is going to be. If it is a major treatment plant treating 222, 288 and SG located at the show unit area, we are all in trouble. Hope not the case.

You mention specs like tiles are they available physically or just on paper? If physical, I will definitely drop by.

Cyber, for type D, the L shape balcony is of a very slim version unlike type A. Please check artist impression and verify with SA on actual width dimension.

Yup, i got no problem abt the bridge closure since we're gonna use the second entrance.

How to check Indah water treatment plant ah? Check with what department?

The specs only available on paper. They wont allow copy. So may need some spec savvy ppl to go and check it out. I believe those specs are almost confirm, because apparently they already submitted the plan for approval.

On the D L shape balcony, i see the plan, not much diff from Type A, well, i never really ask that question, maybe it do worth a check.

The impression I got on the L shape balcony as as follows:

Type A: Front is less than 1.5m, and the bend at 1 m only.
Type D: L shape balcony 1m throughout. I think it is too narrow. The second balcony is less than 1.5m.

Please verify the dimension as I feel even type A balcony is a tad too narrow for practicability reasons.
