I would thought that 300PSF may not be enough for developer to throw in premium finishing...... rclxub.gif

I am not pouring cold water neither encourage. Just that, nowadays 300PSF is not high-end pricing for recent year of BBB.

perhaps if they read more here, they will consider to throw in better finishings...considering tarik handbrake is still an option to those who have booked.

So what do u want those Sg booker to expect? expect for doom and disappointment?

Define premium. Premium define as something of superior quality or value, as well as something which is more valuable than usual, i just merely suggest that SG should provide superior quality end products. By no means that it must be luxury.

Again, i would appreciate people to share their views as well as their reasoning, to avoid bias or misleading opinions to other buyers or investors.

Would appreciate if you could share with us on why 300++psf is not high-end pricing for recent year of BBB. and what do you mean by high end pricing.

To be fair, I think the benchmark should be equivalent to Bangsarsouth or better. In fact, BS pricing is lower than SG based on launch prices.

taikor, just hope that sg 's quality on par with 288 will do. otherwise, consider you pay a premium for UOA's product.

UOA is going to be listed in MY soon.

as I know both SG and 288 is the newest launched project, selling with the highest price among the condos in setapak. setapak green soft launch starting price at least 330psf and 288 soft launch is selling at least 350psf.

we expect with the high sellling price, we can received premium quality of buiding as promised. setak green has no show unit, so nothing can comment yet. but 222 and 288 show room is damn nice in tems of design and material, especially bathroom:)

Many people would agree with you that Setapak Green is selling at a new benchmark price and is considered very expensive in this vicinity. With that, it is fair to expect quality finishes with good quality workmanship. Personally I think this is a fair expectation.

With the current BNM regulation of 70%LTV, some already pull out from the purchase. Should the final specifications be lower than expected, I think many will withdraw their purchase/s.

I was referring to the 2 units adjacent to the carpark where access to the L shape balcony is via the masterbedroom. Are we referring to the same thing?
