Anyway, the final judgement would be the quality and the finishing before signing the S&P. I spoke to many potential buyers, and they all said that would be their criteria too.

So UOA, many sales or fallout will depends on you.

lets wait for the final plans and protoype and oso the spec.

Why do they need to have a show unit? Sales on the non KL view very slow?

SA confirmed got Showunit (confirmed by one of the SA). Not sure when. SA mentioned not sure whether December 10 or Jan 11 S&P, it all depends to the AP.

I believe they do need a show unit to reassure the booker or buyer, before S&P

Today i drop by at the site, the sale admin told me that there will be no bridge connect the road to genting klang as they will remove the bridge soon, is this true?? then any time want to go genting klang need pass by polis station there??!!

I'm not sure about that. But i heard from 288 ppl that they will be widening the road along the monsoon drain. So if that's the case, i wont suprise that there is no longer a bridge there, maybe it will still connect but the bridge no more? I doesn't make sense if there remove the bridge and make it so inconvenience for everyone.

This one require further verification.

from ng168 post, i would assume he/she heard that the bridge gonna be removed. The second part of his comment is more like a question and not confirm yet.

As i mentioned in previous post, the remove of the bridge might be part of the road widening. And if the road widened, the road might still connect even without the bridge.
