That one let cyber teo do,

k. if you are UOA, how do u beautify those few units of "bangaloo" near the bridge? Lets brainstorm abit.
*
cannot

coz these r private property unless UOA owns then then can beautify.

Im sure UOA can plant some BIG tree at their own land to block the "private property".

Not sure, im gonna give them the benefit of doubt. Anyway, i realise one thing, even if the land near the bridge is own by UOA and they gonna remove the bridge, will they be any chance that the road from bangunan Furlong still accessable / connected with the new road now? Instead of go straight with the bridge, the road lead to the right then turn back left?(Someone help me to explain if u understood me)

i think not connected to new road. i really hope they close it so those from biscuit kilang (if u understand wat i said) can still go to bangunan furlong but until there is dead end

i am now banking to hope that Jln Bunga Tanjung got 1 entrance for us so tat we got double entrance can come from 222/288 wide road and oso jln bungan tanjung then we can skip 2 traffic light

maybe u look vulnerable to him and he wanted to close his sales fast as ceiling height is not usually stated in S&P. But he never know nowadays people will post and check all the details in forum. A smart developer will always check details posted in forum.

new development would not have "over supply" problem. however, old condo/house will be the victim.

anyway, setapak has potential for growth future, espectially in years to come:)
