as usual with normal other UOA show house..

show house now currently 12 foot. but actual 1 not 12 foot, meantime, they not gonna cover the monsoon drain like what 288 will do (completely cover the entire monsoon drain) those tabletop kitchen top and cabinet of coz wont b in ur unit later
