2) what are the freebies that's still applicable? 5% discount still available until now? if so, we only need to pay 5% for downpayment right?
3) is the DIBS still applicable for any purchase now?
4) the showroom is now in bangsar south only is it?

2) Kitchen Cabinet and etc, you go show room then you will be able to see those with sticker... No, you have to pay 10% downpayment, as the 5% discount is not after S&P price.
3) Yes. Applicable.
4) No. At site. Just reopen again in last 2 weeks. ^^

If all having one car park, then you should buy another car park for own use or investment purpose. If all having two car parks, then you may only buy for own use but not investment purpose....    Just my 2 cents zek....
