i dun think purchaser in SG willing to take HSBC loan as this is DIBS

unless u can offere until -2.45 or -2.5 maybe they willing to take.

a lot of ppl send mails to UOA to complain already...

unfortunately, it only reach property admin department not the sales department hence, the attitude of SA is not being taken care....

5+1% means they will deduct your total house purchase price bare in mind 5+1 is not equivalent to 6%

u still have to pay 10%

lets make an example

RM100k with 5+1 % discount =

RM100k - 5% = RM95k

RM95k - 1% = RM94050

if it's directly 6% then it's RM94k

understood?

so in reality if lets say ur SG unit is RM550K

and u dapat 5+1% instead of 6% STRAIGHT

then

your difference = RM 517,275 VS RM517,000
