u still have to pay 10%

lets make an example
RM100k with 5+1 % discount =
RM100k - 5% = RM95k
RM95k - 1% = RM94050
if it's directly 6% then it's RM94k
understood?

then
your difference = RM 517,275 VS RM517,000
