5-6k is not expensive leow... sudah deduct. with ur housing price it can easily go until 7-8K...

and bare in mind that RM380 no way is legal fee

that's your SPA STAMPING fee....

developer DID NOT absorbed the SPA STAMPING fee

they only absorb the SPA Agreement Fee

288 although only 1 car park but bare in mind that they BAO KA LIAO and really BAO KA LIAO even all the electrical appliances in kitchen and washing machine, except TV though....

so more or less is the same psf or maybe much worth a bit...

but quality wise dunno la.

ur so call luxury condo in SG got kaki and it looks so cheapo ler... like those rumah pangsapuri kos rendah

no offend just IMHO saja.

Type A Level 1 facing genting.. ya live there 1-2 days ok la but everyday will b a bit noisy and a bit no privacy.
