all the 6 panel banks has flexi package if not mistaken,

as for no MRTA needed, u need 2 make sure u have either MLTA or your personal life insurance is big enuf to cover your loan amount.

today went to Glomac D'sara Residence preview; a UOB sales person approach me whether interested to take loan or not and she asked me to drop her my contact on her own tracking sheet.

i notice someone's name and is interested to take loan with this SETAPAK GREEN RESIDENCES by UOA project????? any1 ???

1)the sales person asked me to drop her contact for loan enquiry issue
2)i refused
3)b4 she took back the list, i managed to glance through the list
4)i noticed someone's name there and it's written with interested on UOA - Setapak Green project....

all visitor she collected in the list are interested on Glomac D'sara Residence and "this" exceptional visitor wrote.... UOA Setapak Green during his visit to Glomac D'sara Residence...

must b die hard fan like u

as for Glomac D'sara Residences. that 1 is really posh and luxury condo. RM600psf... cheapest oso RM6xxK...
commercial title but freehold
location wise is quite centralized but of coz jamn area la... but 1 thing not good = graveyard very near 2 it.
