yes, the rooms use laminated timber strips floor

the porcelain and homogeneous tiles used in the show unit is not wat its going to be used in actual unit

reason ==> show unit using 4X4, actual using 2X2. same applies to the bathroom's wall tiles.

all the kitchen top, mirrors etc all dun have.

now they launched new type

Type E 1663 SQFT only 2 units avail ---> Level 25... it's not duplex. only single floor with extremely big balcony.

not only tat the show unit's height is 12' high where as the actual 1 would be around 10' high

according to the SA/admin who serve me. she said they mistakenly put it.

4X4 more expensive, more luxury look

2X2 smaller looks not so elegant and not "lavish" and of coz cheaper in cost.

u guys dun need a hi speed lift.

i believe the 6 lifts will be segregated to serve both high and low floor respectively.

should implement 4 tier though coz the coverage of the car park is so big... should have security implemented in car park as well IMHO.

Hmm.. I created my account and posted here for 1st time due to I just book an unit in SG, so I want to join the group here.
Well, its not my intention to condemn but to express my unsatisfactory to service I got. I also told the same thing to the lady who served my during I making booking, but she just smile at me.

By the way, this is just my small complainant, overall I am happy to have SG as my first property
