1)Japanese car 100% loan of 68k 9 years, Saga SV means 34k = 350 monthly in comparison with 750 monthly.
1)Maintenance and petrol somewhat will be equivalent as malaysian car maintenance low, petrol high, jap car maintenance high, petrol low.

2) God knows why they want me to get Jap car, I want saga SV cause extremely cheap and I can have real proper savings.

A-Z cost is beared by me, no one helping me to pay.
Yealo, die wo me.. I stopped taking dinner also..
Hyundai still cheap ma.. City means die lo..

try to tink other way SON, you havent ask them why they want you buy Japnese car.

I believe is either for quality and safety reason. Juz look different that your family want you be safe driving it. Not i said saga not good. Is juz my view i put from your parent. You can forget it..what i said....it not from them.

You have to talk with them, no point throw FIRE with FIRE, end you burn each other hand.

I learn my mistake same like you not becoz car but property. End up im noting to them.

I agree with your buy cheaper car is better becoz car is depreciation, then YOU have the same WEAKNESS dont hv the skill of NEGOTIATION with own parent what it look like to accept their and our opinion.

So go back try to talk again with peace.

Already working very far away from them. They're in Southern region, I'm in Northern region. But they still manage to torture me via phone email etc etc. Next time must be somewhere so isolated, they can't reach me by any means lol.

Can manage self alone, can't manage them only lol.

Sifu need advise...Help needed

loan RM300K, RM1.5k installment per month for 30 years

My loan repayment after 6 yrs...principle paid RM34K, interest paid XX , balance RM266K still owe bank..

If I able to do savings RM25K per year, thus I will have RM150k in 6 yrs. Let say I able to get 5% interest per year, thus in 6 yrs I should have RM26K intrest

My new condo installment RM1500 every month came from rental of my existing condo...My existing condo all paid up oledi

Is this formula doable? The money I still owe bank balance

=Money I borrow from bank - principle paid up in 6 yrs - savings in 6 yrs - savings interest in 6 yrs

= 300k - 34k -150k -26k

= RM90K

Balance little money..I think I do not wish to borrow from bank anymore...

If I borrow the balance RM90K from my dad, I give him 5% interest....

1st year RM90K, 5% interest - I pay my dad RM4500 for interest, from my savings RM25K pay principle, thus still owe dad RM65K
2nd year RM65K, 5% interest - I pay my dad RM3250 for interest, from my savings RM25K pay principle, thus still owe dad RM40k
3r year RM40k, 5% interest - I pay my dad RM2000 for interest, from my savings RM25K pay principle, thus still owe dad 15k
4th year RM15K, 5% interest - I pay my dad RM750 for interest, from my savings RM15K pay principle, thus no owe dad anymore..

Total interest paid to dad RM10,500, ok ok...It is like I borrow RM90K, Repay RM100K in 4 yrs time to my dad..

Thus I can settle my RM300K bank loan in 10 yrs time..Is this do able?

Is my plan ok? Can recommend how to do better? Pls. use simple financial term in calculation...I am not so good with formula..

Hi guys, need advice due to screwed up financial decisions; Was pushed by family to get an entry level Japanese car @ 100% loan, 9 years 2.48% (GG Liao). I am 22 years old (foreveralone.jpg) and I feel I'm terribly ridden into debt.

3000 - Salary
0425 - KWSP + Socso
0150 - Company Stock

2425 - Nett Salary

501 - Public Mutual  - Fixed
300 - Education Loan - Fixed
752 - Car Loan - Fixed
401 - Personal (Toll, Phone, Bills, Groceries, Food, Social, Car Maintenance/Care etc. etc.) - Variable. Last month budget burst to 500 due to too many social events by boss.
200 - Petrol - Variable
150 - Room rent - Fixed
120 - Balance Savings
Suggestions required to improve this situation. Thank you all  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif

Habis if u do like tat..discuss with ur parents..

Basic Neccisity to live

1st Shelter - House
2nd Food
3rd Wife

-150 Company stock ..Is this a neccsity? does it generate enough return %? If good then keep buying..
-501 Public mutual ..ok...this is to generate enough $ in order to buy house
-300 Payback education fund..ok ..this must pay back, cannot do anything one..
-752 Car loan ...This is not ok u tell your parents...u let them see the calculation...u take loan 5,7 or 9 yrs for this? With u paying so much to feed the jap car..U no more money to find gf and cannot get married, no children - son or daughter to continue the family legacy..U put some common sense into them...U tell them who to look after u? who to cook for u? They are destroying your future..

If able to cut the car loan, take public transport to work or get a bike or 2nd car that cost few k ....your biggest financial problem solve..

some more u getting the almera RM70K, by the time u finish paying up the car loan it cost RM20-30k. Of all Jap car only Honda and Toyota got higher 2nd price...Nissan don;t expect much lo...

Simple right? Solve your problem already...Sell the stoopid car!

I got FD savings of RM50k.

But the account is jointly under my name and my mum because mom opened for me when I was a kid. I was thinking to remove my mom's name to give myself a better credit rating. I contributed about 45k. Should i?
