already call digi service centre? and please do call your telco SC also.. just to make sure they receive the application from DIGI.. for my case DIGI key in my application wrongly .
after follow up with them, this morning my phone succesfully Port in to DIGI..

i register at Quill in satuday same with you.. i think the person who in charge to key in the application are soo stupid..

funny that my friends' line was activated right after phone was activated (when they hooked it with their laptop)

3GS user here. 3G DiGi coverage in Penang is good. Even Pulau Jerejak has 3G coverage .

then i said "tu line dah masuk" while pointing to the digi logo at the top.

kakak tu terkejut and said "wah dah masuk. cepatnya!"

both fri n sat i was there they have stock. i guess this branch have more stock than any other branch.lol

My experience with porting over from Maxis to Digi was rather quick. It only took them about 24 hours to approve and this was done over the weekend btw. Soon after they switched, I went to the Specialized Store where I registered to port to get my Iphone without any hassle.

All this was done last weekend FYI. I guess its not smooth sailing for everyone as I initially went to a Digi Center and they said cannot do since no stock for Iphone so I went to a Specialized Store somewhere around the area and viola, they were happy to help me out.

- just some sharing on my experience with MNP @ Digi

Was among the thousands that queued for iPhone 4 at Gardens for the Maxis plan on Fri, 24 Sept, slot was from 10am-2pm.. At 2pm, was told had to wait another 2-3 hours before can get the phone. Had enough and decided I didn't want to wait any longer coz not happy with Maxis' organization of the event. Went to DiGi specialized store in One U immediately after that and signed up for MNP. Sat, 25 Sept - got sms from Maxis around 12pm, saying thank you and bye bye. Put the DiGi sim card in my phone and it works. When back to the DiGi store at about 5pm, queued for about 10 minutes and got the iPhone 4. 3G wasn't activated yet but could use calls and sms. 26 Sept - 3G activated in the evening. Noticed it switches between Edge/3G a lot when at home (klang) but have wifi anyway so not too much of a bother. Overall, quite a pleasant and swift experience porting over from Maxis to DiGi.. decided it was time to try something else since having been with Maxis for almost 10 years.. Well, if I change my mind, can always switch back to Maxis - after two years, of course!

my gf port into digi from maxis. Did her application on sunday night. Got approval on monday evening and just went to collect her phone. overall its a smooth process.

Did it at Soho KL center.

I would say in Penang Digi 3G is far better than Maxis 3G

Added on September 28, 2010, 2:02 pmGlad that u switched from maxis... im in the same boat as you.. maxis always suprised me with their bills (RM 300-400/month) after i switched to Digi the max i paid around RM 200 only ...

yes, my line also activated on the day when i collect the phone. so i went to another counter to do the screen protector and then turn on my phone. it show digi carrier. then less than 1 hour, i called using ip4 to digi customer service. tt's fast

called Digi CS @ morning, was told Mnp form was resubmitted to maxis.
called Maxis CS @ 3pm, was told Mnp form has not been received.
