It's different in Singapore, as I recall the visa is in a form of card and not attached to the passport.

Let's hear from others as well smile.gif thanks bbsupplements

If my bro is able to reclaim the 7% GST, thats quite a sum to be honest. S$62 per unit, he bought 4.

I was in the process of saving up to buy an iPhone in SG.
It's no problem for me cause my family stays there, I go there at least once a month for the past 4-5 years.
But then I jsut realised, what's the point of getting an iPhone from SG when I'm staying in KL.
It's way better to get an iPhone with a internet Plan, otherwise cannot go online.

by doing that, it wont permanently disable all data transfer. u also got to off your push notification in settings, else they will charge ur credit for every push sent.

Try to search online for solution or call local Apple center to inquire about this...

Hi all,
Just wanna share this info..bought 2 iPhones from a forummer..both Singapore sets. One of them had a problem after about 2 weeks of usage. When making a call, the party on the other side can't hear me..So I called up QCD technology in Tagore Singapore and explained to them..
They requested for the Serial number to verify that the phone originated frm Singapore and agreed on an exchange. Then I asked one of my buddies who frequent Sg to exchange for me.It took him only 5 minutes of queueing and the exchange was made.According to him, they opened a new box and gave a new set..They also updated the serial number on the original box with a new SN sticker, also gave a confirmation slip to indicate the new SN and warranty expiry date.
All in all, great service by QCD Technology Pte Ltd which is the Apple Service provider in Sg,no regrets buying from Apple Store Singapore.
Rgds
