Today my session is at 10-2pm.. Reached there around 9am.. Get number 3046... Around 11 something settle d.. Just go early la.. Huhuhu..

O really? I missed it probably because once I got the iphone, I left~ the area too crowded when the 2nd batch customer about to release into the counter.

hahah i can tell you it was pure crap. i reach at 10.40. queue for the number till 11.30.
got my number 3365, the current number running then was 312x.

imagine just now when i gave up and left at 2.20. the number running was only 3200.

=) i will just wait for the phone to be at maxis centers..

The worse is maxis people asking the people to come back in 1 hour. That's approx 300 customers to clear in 1 hour!!!

Just go home people. If you marathon 3-4 movies also cannot confirm your turn will be up..Just wait til it's available at Maxis stores. By then, crowd will spread out, your turn will be faster!

Not all 60 counters were opened this morning.. Thats why it become slow...

man at the time you left the shop was already open just that it was across the hall. probably you missed it. Sorry i forgot to remind you about it as well

There are so many maxis ppl waiting outside to give out so simple form to be filled...why dont instead they ask these ppl to handle the counter....

btw i think they will open more counters now, if not sure overflow to tomorrow.

When I ask around, they told me moc got no doff, hv to wait also.
And now still running morning number! They advice come back in after 4 hrs

For yesterday's case, most counters were opened but some were in charge of micro-sim cutting & activation, some were in charge of new micro-sim replacement. Sigh. So misleading right.

The makcik counter i went told me that maxis didn't expect morning session today will become like this... Huhuhu... Really lucky to go there early..

I just spoke to a Maxis representative and apparently their last customer for last night's session went home at 7 AM this morning.

This would be my story for last night.

9:15pm Resident Evil 3D - so so

10:30pm having trouble looking for a restroom

11:15pm went to the Gardens

11:16pm saw the queue and i go like o.O'

11:20pm still walking through the crowd looking for the end line

11:21pm approximately 50m from the gate

1:28am got a number 3428 and at that point it is just 3064

1:29am got a pass to the 2 stage of silliness

1:30am felt like being treated like a dumb *ss so went to the parking lot to get some sleep

3:00am i think at that time the no is 3200 or somethin

3:15am went to buy iphone accesories

4:00am went back inside

4:50am 3428

4:58am payment made

5:05am done

5:07am went to 3rd stage to officially unlock the thingy

6:00am arrive home

6:01am migration from 3gs to 4

8:45am went to work

8:46am noticed "Unknown number" called but i have already save the contact and sms do not work

8:48am called Maxis. Its done.

8:55am till now.."mata dah macam burger"

Im not trying to rub it in or anything but boy am i glad i got mine done and dusted last nite...the wait and everything was worth it looking at the crowd now

My friend went through the same ordeal last night... at least he won something while waiting.. he arrived home @ 5am.

my slot is 6 to 10pm... wondering will it start on time?

mayb maxis should do like digi, make it available at all outletsssss....
