B+W vs Hoya filter, which one is the best and slim and can fit into the original x100 leather casing?

Hi,

Currently I'm using my Nikon SB800 with my X100. Any flash will work manually with the X100. I even use Phottix Ares to trigger my flash with the receiver on the X100. Try to learn to use flash manually because after that, once you change to different camera brand you still can keep your flash smile.gif

I'm one of the user experienced that before. Not sure how that happen because I bought mine as used item. But I from my observation maybe due the previous owner using it very rough and also in very dusty environment. But fujifilm Malaysia fix it for me less than one week with no extra charge smile.gif

Lens is fixed but focusing mechanism still moves. That's why I put a filter on mine. To protect it from dust.

Great info! I need to try this. Maybe buy those cheap 3rd party flashes for nikon.

Been using my cheap pentax in the past few weeks, and only shot occasionally with X100,

Today having a dinner function at a bar restaurant, this camera (x100) really shine in this kind of lighting situation. Wonderful ISO performance.

Compare with the pentax.. hahahahahha,

Wow. X-Trans in a X100 body! Nice!

I'm sure it'll look more like the X-E1 but with a fixed 23mm lens.... Hopefully f1.4 or faster :-)

Would you guys help me out? I wanted that 'beep' sound from the Auto-focus button. But then I had to turn the 'Operation Volume' up in which there is a click sound at every button pressed during the playback or the menu. Is there anyway that I can have the 'beep' sound and disable the click sound? Very unprofessional question I'd say.
