Today had my first visit to Studio, after so long time. Actually better than what I'd expected. The lobby is classy. 5 lifts (including 1 service lift).

What was amazing was the floor to ceiling height. Didn't measure but looks like 12 or 13 feet! Now, that's interesting because most condos/service apartments are 9-10 feet, mostly in the 9s. The extra 3 feet makes the place looks "bigger", definitely roomier! Compared to all other studios in the vicinity, this is the best wow factor! While the curret price and value psf can be debated, the fact is that the developer spent extra for construction cost to make each unit taller! With the floor to ceiling windows, the views especially high floor units are quite nice. That's why the high floor units are in demand right now, with premium pricing.

The pool is at 40th floor, top floor. Not sure if there'll be free use of pool. There's still lotsa touch up to do but the development is really nicely planned in terms of architecture and landscaping. I can already imagin it'll be a nice spot for couples to take wedding photos in the future.

i was worried that my SOHO 1 unit would be low height like Empire Subang SOHO but was surprised to find that the total height is about 18 feet.

Should be. But not sure if its gonna be free. Can't remember if pool was listed as one of the facilities. But it's not a big pool. And at top floor, quite scary. Prolly coz they haven't finish yet. No railings there at all at the moment

R u sure? I mean I didn't exactly measure but the mezzanine floor height is definitely less than 8ft. Prolly 7-7.5 feet as I can touch the ceiling by just extending my arm full length. The ground floor is regular height, max about 9feet.

But if u measured it, then u're prolly more accurate than my estimation.

i asked the Empire staff who went with me for the inspection. He said it's 18 feet total. i think it's possible because i own a SOHO at One Soho Subang and the height is less than 16 feet. ED Soho 1 does feel higher at both ground and mezzanine floor.

went for my SOHO1 second inspection last week. They're busy with second inspection for SOHO1 at the moment as I heard the staff busy calling SOHO 1 owners to make appointment but if i'm not mistaken, they have also started 2nd inspection for studios. I asked Empire staff when is the CCC expected to be issued for SOHO1 and he said expected end of this month, August. I asked him if it's together with studio and he said yes because SOHO1 and studio are considered phase 2 of the project while SOHO2 and the offices are under phase 1.

I hope the CCC gets delayed. The common area is just not ready yet. Lifts also still Bangla operated. Developer needs more time.

when i went for 2nd inspection on SOHO1, the lifts were all running and none of them were operated by Bangla. All without lift operators.

I'm the first tenant in the SOHO 2, since June 2013. daily i can see the progress on the Project site. overall i think the developer just finished the SOHO2 defects where CCC already issued on End of May. now is the SOHO 1 turn to get the defects fixed. but i'm pretty sure the Studio is not so soon. since i start deal with the mgmt team from VP (Jan 2013). so get prepare after 3 months you only can get the unit ready.

i already did the measure,, Mezzanine to ceiling in 9 Feet, Mezzanine to Ground is 7 feet. so total for SOHO 2 is 16 feet.

yes, can enter just like that. in fact after the inspection, the staff handed over to me 2 keys to the main door so that i can arrange for tenant viewing immediately once ccc is out.

Where exactly is the lobby for SOHO 1? Soho 2's lobby is quite obvious, can be seen from road. Studio's lobby is at level G I think. But have not managed to actually find soho 1's lobby. Not same level as studio's lobby.
