Central Thailand went in I-City, alot developer try to nego with them because 1 company can occupy big space of the total NLA space. brows.gif
Big relief to developer if 1 brand occupy big space. icon_idea.gif
I also look forward this project transform Damansara to another great area.
Believe surrounding residential price will go up, maybe sungai buloh might get good appreciation too.

DFS Galleria would be awesome... but maybe dreaming... haha. DFS has LV, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Hermes sub-shops inside... a rare for departmental store.

Modelled after Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Sydney DFS Galleria.

Malaysia is a relatively small market for retailers... their focus is now Indonesia first.

And our mentality is we want to buy lower price goods... not like how Thais love to buy Givenchy shirts... lol
