Hi, my sister owned an unit in soho 1 and we attended a defect inspection on last sat. So many defects on the finishing (wall cracked, tiles/ timber floors scratched/ broked and etc etc etc). The common areas are not ready at all, so many places required touch up. I guess the earliest period ready for tenant/ stay should be around Oct, Nov. Anyway, i trust if the commercial areas successful, will be a great place to hang around.

my SOHO1 unit has 20 over defects listed. it's already more than a month since the inspection and no sign of defect rectification having completed. mad.gif

that's normal, my SOHO 2 vp on feb, only ready in end of May, defects also over 20+. so be patient until end of August.


in short, this developer really rushing for the project and the quality really bad. doh.gif

agree, the whole project might be ready only on early Oct or late december. when the retails is in, this place will be happening areas. biggrin.gif
