Hi, my sister owned an unit in soho 1 and we attended a defect inspection on last sat. So many defects on the finishing (wall cracked, tiles/ timber floors scratched/ broked and etc etc etc). The common areas are not ready at all, so many places required touch up. I guess the earliest period ready for tenant/ stay should be around Oct, Nov. Anyway, i trust if the commercial areas successful, will be a great place to hang around.
