Drove past ldp and penchala a few times. Most of the buildings are completed and are actually looking quite neat from the outside. Inside....haven't been so cannot comment

Well, technically you're wrong as the unit concerned has been "completed", certified completed by architect and VP Liau for over 6 months and maintenance dued for that long. Only pending CCC, which by the way was supposed to be awarded by this week according to the brag by CEO on newspaper. But so far no news lol. Word is gonna be delayed again. So it's gonna be transacted, but many are watching at what price. Owners want to know what price will pipu buy. Investors want to know at what price will pipu bid.

That is if 288k can be transacted. A pretty high floor unit. My friend enquired a unit lower than this about 6 months ago and was offered 360k. He countered 345k but owner apparently didn't budge, so not transacted. Don't know if it was sold, but imagine 6 months later find out price is < 320k for higher floor unit. Hence a loyar fren said many subsale buyers cancelling. Some even don't care lose 10% initial as price has dropped significantly more than that.
