After rape u report, when u are being raped, u can choose to fight back (possibly get killed, maybe not) or just hope for the best. I cannot say which is the best. But in this situation, bad mouthing the developer only make things worst for the speculators, how to sell his unit in the event the developer does go bankrupt and project abandon?

You make yourself look stupid by not thinking and react to a specific situation, you probably thinks abortion is a NO, for instant, can a girl go for abortion if she was raped? if the child is abnormal? if your answer is no, are you willing to pay the daily expenses for the child and mother?

There are always 2 sides to a coin. You only see 1 side and think u are smart. Tell me, if your father rapes you, he is a super big muscular and you are 13 years old only, what will you do? keep quiet? report and your entire family losses their main income or kept quiet? I dont know the answer, and yes, this kind of things do happens.

Please, access a situation accordingly, not just rape is rape, robbing is robbing. look at the situation

Good to see legal firm coming forward to help the buyers. Kudos to Messrs Lopez & Chin and Messrs Azri Lee Swee Seng & Co.

I foresee this type of class suit action will increase in near future when i see more irresponsible developers handed over incomplete property and/or common facilities not compliance with SPA.

I have saved the details of both legal firms in case i need similar help in future

I read the LOD, they claimed that the photo you taken belong to Marriot hotel. Do you have your friend's unit photo?

Instead of you apologizing, I think developer, bank and architect firm should apologize to public. Please raise it to media and believe media could help to gather more voice to fight for the truth and justice! Good job, keep it up, keep exposing their wrong doing!

Based on the picture taken and the orientation of it, it is indeed taken from block E which are stated as "HOTEL" in their masterplan. Look at one of the picture, you can see Empire Damansara and Menara Mustapha kamal.

I compared the photos with some of the floor plans online and I found it doesn't match.

Some things that does not tally:-
1) One of the photos show 4 lifts in a row when there are no 4 lifts in the row in the floor plan
2) Sanitary openings does not tally with the floor plan
3) No balcony for some units, in floor plans got balcony
4) Looking at the corridor, the door is parallel to the corridor. In the photos the door is offset inwards abit like a hotel.
5) In the floor plan at buy-sell-rent.sg there is a wording 'Level 18-27 floor plan, Actual level is 21-30' Could he have went to the actual level 18 which is a hotel level instead of the Service office suite level 18 since the unit number is E-18-##?
6) There is 1 photo where the lift opening is bricked up. If it is a hotel floor it should be bricked as the openings should open for the SOS floors. The lift lobby I mentioned is between on unit 09 and 06.

Maybe the floor plans online is outdated, but just a simple googling shows it doesn't tally.

I'm neither a purchaser nor with ME, just that I shared his post and want to make sure it is the truth.

On this separate issue in relation to the "unit condition", we are adviced to post a "Reinstatement" posting in our FB as an act of a reminder of our disclaimer of opinions by our members. This is necessary in accordance to legal advice.
In short, we are now taking much consideration and reservation, with the exception of approved posting, in regards to any information dissemination especially those concerning this project. We also noted and understood the reasonings behind the developer's abilities and what happened in and out but we cannot disclose it here.
