Just received a LOD from developer, demand me stop comment and apology to them. In fact, I’m not as brave as you see. So, I’m here to apologize.

Last time when I with Maybank, I had try to raise out some issue direct to the highest management, although there are some changes after my complaint, but all bosses’ face looks no really nice. Hence I learn it as an experience.

Dear my beloved ‪#‎Mammoth‬ Empire,

I am apologise for below matter:

1. I will not delete my post.
2. Sorry that waste your time to calculate how many times my post had been share.
3. Waste your money to issue a LOD to me.
4. Waste your time to find out where am I staying and where is my office.

At the moment I choose the way to raise out my voice, I’m totally understand the risk. So that I have a friend will assist me to make an insurance claim if anything happen to me.

Lastly, I would like to say: I haven’t finished my story.

P/S: Hope you guys can support SJK Electrical as well, I’m very serious in my business.

其實我沒有你們想像中那麼大膽,因此,這篇是我公開的道歉信。

還沒正式道歉前,我想說:以前我在銀行工作時因為越級投訴公司裡面的制度,因此而不斷被很多 manager 告訴我:銀行並不是這樣做的。但是我很納悶,所以離開了銀行。因為雖然被上司們罵,但是銀行裡的那樣東西的確是因為我的投訴而改變了。但是離開銀行後,生活過得很不如意。所以,這次我選擇道歉了。

親愛的發展商 ‪#‎MammothEmpire‬,

首先,十分對不起,我為以下事情道歉:

1. 我不打算撤除言論。
2. 讓你浪費時間為我的 post 做了一個統計,直至 15/03/2016 為止一共被分享了 3491 次。
3. 讓你破費出律師信。
4. 讓你浪費時間查出我的住家和公司地址。

我在決定用這個方式表達自己的看法時,我已經交代了一個朋友,萬一我有什麼冬瓜豆腐,應該找誰來幫我處理保險事務。從小和家人不和,沒盡過孝心,如果我有什麼事情,保險賠償應該能盡一些孝心。

我不知道為何發展商如此緊張,因為到目前為止,我還沒有證實針對發展商作出投訴。

最後,我想講:“我還沒有講完!!”

Frankly. All purchasers had bad experience with them in previous projects. Untill we do our self cleaning and rectifications at our own cost and show to potential tenant or buyer then tenanted or sold with good return or appreciated gain. I am sorry for too linear to developer as winning situations and move forward and ahead.
We do not want fall fall all together. And individually we are very small stakeholders. I know I may offense to many but let out early or sold in high instead on stall at legal proceedings. Do all our best at our own cost.
Very important is we need cf and conducive environmental for living as solely responsible from developer. Wish they speed our for grand opening of empire city. Every one win win. Cheer!

p.s. I hope the property market collapse, thus making houses affordable to everyone, but speculators will curse me because I am the good guy, but they think they are the good guys because they vote DAP. cheers. am no BN supporter too.

Do you think these big companies are stupid enough to lump their good assets with the riskier assets? Look at Genting, got genting Malaysia, Genting Singapore, Genting Hong Kong. YTL too... Robert Kuok also... PBB for Malaysia, Wilmar in Singapore then got his own Kuok Brothers in Hong Kong.

They dont operate like normal people, put assets under 1 name. These are businessman, if they cannot think, they would have failed long ago. They probably have PR in some other countries and millions in swiss account in the event they go bankrupt.
