This VP-ed condition on the unit and common area is way too much even for MEH standard and commercial agreement. At least for Empire Damansara the unit is in VP condition however the common area is still work in progress.....

May I know who issue CCC? Based on what? Architect certified it?

I think developer won't diu 9 us If we complain since they decided to VP with such condition.

Maybe we can complain the relevant parties like architect to pertubuhan arkitek Malaysia, and invite media to the actual unit.

CCC issued by local council, isn't it? In this case, MBPJ? I'm wondering too if Architect got certify the main contractors' works or not.

My previous experiencr on ED... architect just signed only. Onoy service lift is available tat time and in pathetic condition too as floor at common areas not tiled etc. Heard empire residence also Vped... i think samr same condition... god bless.

i'm one of the owner for EC Loft and colonial. never deny that the workmanship is really not acceptable at one level. however i believed not as bad it shown above as i done my unit QC checked. some parts really needed to redo.

so be patience and be calm. our property won't be in ruin.

fact is, developer itself having the biggest piece there as they not selling off and managing by themselves on the shopping mall. i think they more concern the success than us.

I had also personally went and did the QC check myself on both Halo Sunday and MyLoft, condition was not as bad as shown.

Perhaps you can share some photos.

The colonial unit I witnessed was not that bad.

really not that bad la. ccc also coming out for HALO and SUNDAY too (around next month or April?) But they have starts charging all owners from HALO+SUNDAY maintenance fees starting from Jan-Mar already! sigh.

Ceiling so low ? What kind of micro shoebox is this ?

What can go wrong if they just provided u with a square mini box?

Later ties will fell down from wall, water leakage end etc...not to mention the shody works in common area...
