Damansara area hv become so congested. If there is no connecting route to penchala link, this place might become more hell when exiting to ldp... Congrats to those who gotten a unit for own stay. For investment, they r too many units for sale around damansara perdana area.

It is going to be a high risk project. Damansara Perdana have too much supply dy... A lot of vacant units available at any condos surround there.

it is like north (damansara area) and south (puchong and kinrara area) are rivaling.
well is it a win win with malaysia population? and not much new foreign investment? |

kinda surprised how quiet this thread has been now
anyway jus came back from empire subang.. they r lauching another called Colenial.. roughly 900++ sqft selling at RM 460k... baru "soft launched" or watever they call it and kena sapu gao gao |
