just come back from one of the property agency which have a launching this EC in Solaries MK, .....they launching the studio unit block called "Sunway" ....total 40/41 floor....During 1.00 pm, still got only few unit available, max price is 30x K for 48x sqft , and still got 28X K ....

1) 5 % discount for today - pay only 5%
2) No legal fees
3) 0 payment under Construction.
4) free aircorn , free tv , free sofa .....

Receive sms from agent this morning, all habis d..last few unit 34 floor also finish this morning...if anyone interest , only can put their name in waiting list or wait for 2nd block....

the total studio unit is 7xx ....1 block only got 3xx ....so i think still got 1 block to sell....and the price sure increase at least 20%...

actually all depend how successful is the street mall or shopping work and the way they promote the big tenant to come in this empire city...if no potential tenants come in then will become Supply > demand...if i can recall,,, this SOHO not come with any car parks..

before this , studio name lagi funny ...Halo & Sunday ...cheap cheap price from 220k for 448 sf ...now , i guess can go up to 400k because condotel selling 1000++ psf ...

cannot say like that , sure got ppl with pay 1 ...KL area , new development already Rm2000 psf ...also got ppl buy ...if 400000/448 , still < Rm900 psf ....much more cheaper then 2000 psf ..hahah

when launch, price is from 220k , each floor increase 2k...


Added on June 8, 2011, 9:49 amritz perdana 2, size is < than Halo Sunday unit ...now asking price around 300k ....
