wat i can say is i m pretty much disapointed wif how the way this launching was being handled.. n also pricing
Metropolitan seems like a good bargain compared to EC.
just my opinion.

btw i edi BBB 1 unit at 250k.. main reason is location...
ETA mature time 5yr... im sure after 3 yrs u cant find such location for such price ^^
- leasehold - rental car par - RM0.40 maintanance - rental *tough as many units & other projects nearby - sub sale * risky but worth taking... (to me lah)
too bad OCBC not panel EF financing.. if not confirm will go for staff loan again like wat i did for the zest ^^

10% after completion is not a big deal.. u bought at 200k after completion about 3 yrs, u sell at 230k minus the tax. you will getting not much.
But still see how many seller that control the price.
so for sure people all will get to sell at 10% mark up.
