2: the road is only proposed. no approval. if it dont complete in time, or not approved, many ppl will jump

for no1: could i buy at 500++ psf without all your so call " luxury and prestige furnishing"? if you cant sell at that price, would prefer not to mention that price and make reference to so "called" surrounding units.
