got my $$ ready for 17" lightweight Rims and going to Hatyai for Bodykit and stuff... beh tahan already... when will my car reach???

FYI second hand dealer will not see car make/year. importantly is the mileage and condition of car.

U have limited info i see. Car 2nd hand value is always determined primarily by the YEAR OF MANUFACTURE. Condition and mileage are secondary issues.

You mean to tell me that a well maintained 2009 manufactured car will fetch a higher price than an average condition (but accident free also) 2010 model of same make? Common la!

My info might be limited, but how much depreciation after 5th year of using it? once a car is over it's 5th year, 2nd hand dealer will look into car condition as well as mileage.

i am limited but i do learn from some dealers i've fren with on their trade.

Doesnt matter about how many years. The year of manufacture is the most important factor in determining resale value. Everything else is secondary. Of course if accident car then its different la.

The reason i buy car is to use it for long term and not for selling it.. Anyway, thanks for your advise..

As for everyone else, every car loses its value depending on the year manufacture / brand of the car....etc.... afterall if u guys don't want to lose that much money then u guys should buy proton saga or myvi.... but in the end, different ppl different view... cheers everyone!!! we buy mazda cuz we like it and not save money...

Sparkling Gold - R specs ( no more VR specs, SIGH!) Puchong

few questions which i feel that must be answered

1. how to differentiate whether a M2 sedan R specs that come with BodyKits and Sedan R specs that is not come together with bodykits
2. is the the new batch M2, the front parking sensor had been removed?
3. Did you all notice the front lamp is plastic cover?
4. how much is the ARM rest cost ar? can we install it ourself after purchase ?
5. the aircond smell issues, is that rectify in the new batch? or else i have to ask the SA le.. which i'm not sure they are telling the truth la .
6. the front suspension, is it an issue on every M2 car ?
7. Where you all tinted your car ar ? how much and what brand de?

6. Not sure what issue are you referring to about the front suspension, but I had a problem with my steering rack & pinion thingy and got it replaced as warranty claim.

7. I tinted mine at Aircool Puchong for RM500 something, can't remember the exact amount.

btw, another one more question come into my mind when i was checking on tinted info.

if i'm tinted the car outside(not where SA recommend) would the warranty to the glass void?

didn't know there were warranty for the window glass...

1. Dont understand you 1st Q. Basically just check the physical car for the spoiler and side skirting.
2. Apparently new batch without front sensor. Mine have the sensor but i find it kinda redundant.
4. Arm rest not available in malaysia yet?
7. There's probably 1001 type and brand of car tinting. Haha. Just dont trust the salesman when he say he can "pao"/ guarantee police saman.

for me, front sensor also kinda useful sometime, and the retractable side mirror also .. but both been taken out

btw, i knew from the SA, they are give 3 keys and 2 remote control to replace the front sensor

and the SA said, in the promotion period, they got give Bodykits for free

Hey babyblur, did the smell problem get fixed? Waht exactly did they say was the fix required? My dear SC here in Penang tell me cock n bull story to cannot turn on aircon at high heatlah. blah blah blah.

Well with the rainy season back the smell has returned in all its glory!!! need to go back and fight again.
