Just got a called from their cs.
Now only they tell me that there's indeed a problem with the iptv in ttdi.
Still in the process of fixing it, no date given.

I do not want to wait for the bill, i went to the unifi portal, sign up and saw my first bill, printed out the bill and paid online.

I do not want them to suspend my account due to payment.

Haven't really been following UniFi updates for a while but few days back, saw them deploying the cables right in front of my house so I guess it is just a matter of months left before it is officially available at my area.

Now, what I would need to seek clarification for are:
1) Home users can also apply for BIZ package right?
2) They offer some free web hosting thing with domain for BIZ, I don't have any in mind. How?
3) I need a fax. Will my existing fax (currently using copper) be able to work with UniFi?

just got myself a VIP5 and so far the everything works fine. download max @ 600kb/s from megaupload as free user but sometimes i think TM throttled it until 290kb/s. Speedtest gave me 4.99Mb/s download and 4.53Mb/s upload. crossing my fingers that all this won't give my any issue in the future blush.gif

You must use their BTU (as far as i know there is no alternative products that can handle the fiber optics or VDSL in Malaysia).
For the router/wifi, you better find alternative products as the DLINK TM give is not that good.

I am going to get a RB750G from Solitron in Singapore. Anyone want to tumpang order to share the delivery cost?
Order only open to those people that can come to 1U to pickup.
here is the price list
Attached File  Mikrotic_Package_for_KL.pdf ( 26.55k ) Number of downloads: 73

1) Shipping costs will be divided by how many units are in the final order. (MAX 4)
2) Other RB unit can be ordered.
3) Exchange rate for SGD will be base on 2.50 because I don't know how much paypal will charge for the exchange rate. If got extra I will return the money back to you when I pass the item to you.
4) If got tax, then I will divide the tax accodingly.

Solitron order from singapore ( 4 units )
1) RB750G - Yushin

Can be other RB models as well right? So how much would it be after conversion? Also, roughly how much for the shipping fee if it is shared?

You better check your billing address with the customer service. I know for a fact that their customer service has a propensity to screw things up. E.g. wrong customer address, wrong customer request, wrong customer billing, etc.

You can refer to the front page. Rizvanrp has created many guides for your reference and the threadstarter, Calvin has attached a lot of them in the frontpage.

You should also read back a few pages. Many members post their speeds every now and then. So far the QoS/speeds I am getting are acceptable.
